Displays your message to all users who are open to hear cshouts, and returns the number of users who heard your shout. A cshout is a CHESS RELATED shout. It is just like a normal shout, except that cshouts should only contain chess related messages.
Valid cshouts could be:
cshout Anyone want to play 5 0 rated games?
csh Does anyone know what the score is in the Kasparov-Karpov match?
Cshouting a non-chess-related message is frowned upon, and you may be muzzled from shouting if you do not obey this rule.
