I started using a Mac in 1984, and have been using them ever since, I now own a [Proud_owner on] PowerMac 7100/66av with 56MB RAM, 4Gig HD, a 17" MAG screen. [Proud_owner off] The whole thing runs under MacOS 8.1 and is connected via 10Base2 to the intranet in my digs.Two sites I regularly check for news are MacInTouch and Mac N N. Version Tracker is my main source for update news.
