Adds user to your Game-notification list. If a user is not specified, the command will display your current notification list. To remove a user from your notification list, use -gnotify user.
When a user is on your notification list, you will be notified each time that user starts playing the match. You can use this with the AutoObserve-Option of XBoard.
If you want to be notified each time *any* user starts a game, use the "gin" variable.
