Lists all servers that are known to the main ratings server. Many of the machines listed may be out of date or not currently operating, but this will give you a place to start looking for a different server.
On GICS there is no ratings exchange with other servers, therefore the "servers" command shows no output.
You get a list of available ICS servers with "help addresses".
