"Limits" displays the various server limits currently in effect. These include maximum numbers of players, channels, channels you can be in, persons on your notify list, your aliases, games you are observing, requests pending for you, people on your censor list, persons in a simul game, and messages you can receive. Also, the minimum number of games to be active, and the shout quota.
