This distribution contains an experimental version of TMSEAL, the windows
version of the FICS timeseal program. It is a 16-bit Windows 3.1 program.
It may also work under Win95 and OS/2; or if it doesn't, that is microsoft's
fault. Read the file "tmstamp.txt" for further info.

As of december 1996, the latest version is 2.0g.
If you have problems with TMSEAL, please send email to
dfong@igc.apc.org . Do not send FICS or ICC messages --- it is hard to
reply to them. Use the bug report form "bugform3.txt" .

Version 2.0a- adds the "localsock" option, which should enable
TMSEAL to work with AOL and NETCOM winsock under win3.1 .
but for the moment only SLICS can take advantage of this.
This is -only- an option, TMSEAL and SLICS still support the
old "localhost" mode of connection.

Version 1.1r- fixes the "who ref" problem.

Version 1.1o- marks a departure from previous versions of TMSEAL.
This version is automatically iconized from the start and cannot be
un-iconized. There is no textport. Everything that would have gone to
the textport in previous versions now goes to the file "tmseal.log".
The file "tmseal.log" is re-created at the start of each session.

If you install TMSEAL with a program manager icon (manual startup),
please check the "run minimized" box in its properties dialog.
