Shell Configuration Files for Solaris 10

Sometimes I have to work with Solaris 10 systems without having administrative access. Sometimes the users on said systems are not intended to change their login shells themselves. Instead of pursuading the sys admins to change my login shell on all such systems, I just put this one-line .profile file into my home directory to execute a BASH as interactive shell.

Since there is no useful default configuration for the BASH shell there (as one comes to expect when working with GNU systems), I use this .bashrc file for configuration. You may want to customize it a bit for your own use, but (un-)commenting lines should suffice.
